- Handy Man -- All Handy man work can be done at any time that is a suitable time for the tenant to allow access.
- Gardening -- All Gardening & clean ups or contract strata work is quoted free prior to any work commenced.
- Cleaning -- All Cleaning work can be done at any time that is a good available time the tenant to allow access. We offer are Small tidy clean and a large tidy clean Service both include Steam clean and windows as standard just depends on size of property.
- Repairs -- All Repairs or contract strata work is quoted free prior to any work commenced. All our quoted prices include any materials needed.
- Window Safety Lock – We have licensed people to quote and install the windows safety lock. We will give practical advice to strata managers, committee members, owners and tenants. We will ensure your windows are safe.
- Fire Safety -- We specialise in providing installation, maintenance and repair services to a full range of fire equipment in accordance with Australian Standard AS1851. From small residential buildings through to large scale commercial complexes, we are on call 24/7 ready to handle your fire equipment emergency.
- Tenant & Agent Management -- At all times your tenant and yourself the agent will be kept in the loop. Either by email update or via phone. At no time will the tenant be wondering what’s happening with the job. All tenants are given a reference number to contact us should they need to know where the job is up to.
